Robert is Principal Scientist in Health, Nutrition & Care at DSM-Firmenich, leading clinical research in gut health and microbiome solutions. He earned a PhD in Nutrition and Gastrointestinal Physiology from ETH Zurich and completed postdoctoral research at The University of Adelaide. In addition to his work at DSM-Firmenich, Robert is Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide, Privatdozent at the University of Zurich, co-chair of the scientific committee of the International Probiotics Association, and has co-authored 80+ publications.
